"By far my favourite hotel to stay at while in Vietnam. Location to the beach/restaurants is amazing. Customer service by all staff were top notch. Breakfast options were plentiful and food tasted good. Loved the pool and sky bar food. Great value. "

"My stay at the Hoi An Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic and relaxing. The swimming pool was beautiful not to mention the spectacular beach just across the room. The free transport to & from Old Town is a bonus... Definitely recommend if you are wanting a relaxing stay. "

"Beautiful hotel. We booked Deluxe queen room and room has side beach view. Very comfortable and firm bed plus great pillows. Shower is really good and amazing sink tap (although uses to much water). Room size is a bit small but it’s clearly stated so it was expected and not an issue at all if you are tidy. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful staffs. Great they have underground passage instead of crossing the street to get to the beach. You get to use their beach chair as well. Very beautiful...

"This hotel is a picturesque beach front resort. The pearl suite villa is amazing. I will admit i was disappointed that trees blocked what would be an amazing ocean view, but everything else about the property made up for that. Unfortunately my 5 star review is tarnished by restaurant waiters with coughs serving food and a bad spa experience. Our couples massage was interrupted by a sick masseuse coughing in our ear. Id probably let this go if i didn't bring home this sickness with me :("

"The staff at this hotel couldn’t have done more! The room was beautiful. Beds comfy. Pool Devine! Had a massage at the Spa and it was the best I’ve ever had. Oh and do t get me started on the breakfast. Wow!! There’s a shuttle from the hotel to downtown and the beach leaving often throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel"

"Staffs in the front reception are very helpful and attentive, go about and beyond helping with every aspect during my stay , room is very clean, water bottles are well stocked, I was told swimming pool is closed for renovation,( oops I didn’t read the fine prints,) breakfast was very limited food choices, over all the hotel is ok , "
