「Got placed in the wrong room type on arrival. Phone wasn’t working in the room. Front desk staff got real snarky when we asked for the correct bedding configuration we paid for. Loud banging from what I assumed was the carpark all night that sounded like cars driving over a grate. Sink in bathroom did not drain, didn’t bother telling the staff after the way we treated with the bedding issue. Easy walk from the terminal. 」

「The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not...

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」
