「No a/c in rooms, but fan provided. No screens on windows. History video was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was okay. Ran out of fresh fruit salad. Dinner okay, service rushed. Grounds lovely. Reception and management staff friendly and helpful. Our room needed updating. Bed not a king, as represented. Furnishings tired. Whole hotel needs updating. Bath tub too narrow and hot/cold shower knobs in a bad location. Bathroom window would not open.」

「Absolutely amazing. Concierge Davie gave us a grand tour with huge Scottish flare. Beautiful views of the river with very clean grounds and rooms. Definitely our favorite stay on our 12 day honeymoon journey. Everything is pricey here but well worth the experience for this level of quality. 」

「great hotel, and location. easy walk to shops and restaurants. hotel had a good feel. call service to desk did not work, which was annoying. There are many stairs in the hallways to rooms that do not have handrails which is dangerous, and maybe illegal. This is real easy for the hotel to fix and a great hotel should correct that. 」

「Great place! Our family room was in the newer section and gave us plenty of space. Everything was crisp and clean. So convenient to all of Pitlochry where stunning walks abound. The staff here was excellent. 」

「The Morar Hotel offers easy parking and amazing views. It’s located only a few minutes from Mallaig and the ferry/train. Staff is friendly. The property itself is older and walls between rooms are thin; however the value was good for the price of room. They do offer single rooms that face the water—a bonus for a solo traveler. There is a restaurant onsite that was very good.」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」
