「My stay in Ravello is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel and service are out of my expectations. All the staffs are very welcoming. We were upgraded to sea view room, which is amazing. The view from Ravello is very different from Amalfi/Positano. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The infinity pool is a must visit spot of the hotel. We love the in room breakfast a lot, with a wide range of food choice. 「Hotel Tramonto D’Oro was absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and warm. Breakfast was delicious every morning and dinner was also very good. Just a few minutes down the road from Positano and half the price and not nearly as crowded. I loved that it was more secluded and quiet. It is right next door to a church so be prepared for the bells to be ringing all the time. I’m a deep sleeper so they did not bother me but they...

「Fantastic sweeping Gulf of Naples view (Vesuvius, Capri, Naples, steep hills, …) from every part of the hotel! Comfortable in every way with a great breakfast and good restaurant. Be aware, however, that the hotel is up a sweep winding hill (nearly impossible to walk), so you need the hotel shuttle or a taxi (expect 20E to Sorrento) to get out. The hotel is a great place for a day or two of rest. The front desk staff was cheerful, friendly, and well-informed. We plan to return.」
