「The only complaint I have is that we asked for a late checkout and the front desk employee told us that we had to ask in the morning. The next morning when we were about to checkout he said it would be 15$ extra per hour. We were extremely confused why he wouldn’t have just told us that the night before. Seemed like a little bit of a scam. 」
