「The room and all areas are exquisitely clean. The bed was huge and super comfy, the shower excellent and fluffy white towels and bathrobe were great. The front desk staff fall over themselves to be helpful and are very polite and friendly. We needed to switch our room which they did in under an hour with no quibble or cost. 「I loved the whoke hotel until when it xame to breakfast- the coffee was not hot and they were out of some of the items. No real variety」

「Beautiful hotel with free amazing breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was great for shuttle pick up for Banff tour. Used Uber to get around the city and too and from the airport. It would be nice if there were coffee makers in the rooms and a shuttle provided by hotel. 」

「The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'...
