「有很多小孩於晚上11點時在走廊上奔跑大叫，並隨機敲門。 但卻沒有老師或是飯店人員出面管控。儘管我們開門勸說數次，仍沒有理會。」

「地點算方便，距離市中心一帶一個地鐵站的距離。那裏有一個酒吧，會免費贈送你一杯飲品，體驗十分棒。有廚房，可以煮食，煲飲用水。工作人員很友善。房間衛生不錯。」

「Front desk were really helpful, room was nice and clean. The only problem I had was the shower was too low so I couldn't stand up properly in it.」

「8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. 」

「Loved this hostel! The staff were relaxed and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We booked the 10 bed dorm and they put us in a 6 bed which was nice! The bathrooms were great and cleaned thoroughly daily. The hostel was very secure with key cards for your room/locker. The hostel is very close to the metro. Everything was amazing . I will definitly come again」

「El hostel este bien si vas en grupo, pero no más. No está tan cerca de hallstatt si es para lo que lo vas a usar. Mi cama tenía olor a humo de cigarrillo o un olor así, después tiene dos baños uno que tiene ducha y baño junto y otro q tiene dos baños y dos duchas, pero no tiene dónde dejar la ropa, si salís. De la ducha y alguien más entra al baño, bueno te ven todo, no es muy práctico si sos hombre y entra una mujero o viceversa. Y después se cobro una supuesta tasa turística de 2.5€ pero no se...

「So helpful and nice but the location is hard to find」

「Upgrade erhalten, aber die Dusche im Zimmer blieb trotz Nachfragen kalt und hätte ich die Dusche länger laufen gelassen, wäre das "Badezimmer" überschwemmt gewesen. Oberes Hochbett so niedrig, das man beim Aufstehen vom unteren Bett sich den Kopf anstoßen konnte. Sauberkeit und Frühstück hat gepasst. 」

「酒店紧靠美丽的Grungsee湖，房间在一层，面积很大，非常整洁宁静，推开阳台门，外面是大片的绿地，加上秋天各种颜色的树叶，景色简直是美极了。 酒店的早餐很丰盛，服务很好。 如果说缺点，就是交通不便，必须开车才能抵达。但如果是自驾游，住在这里是最佳的选择。」

「The staff didnot help at all. There is no wifi in the room and We had to use it in the lobby. This is more like a hostel more than a hotel and no lifts.」
