If you don't want to stay in the middle of Vienna this option is worth considering. It's a stiff 5 minute walk to the tram stop, but only about 10-15 minutes to the centre when the tram comes. After a couple of tries, I found that turning left out of the hotel door gives a much less hilly walk.
The room was nice, apart from a terrible smell from the sink in the bathroom, which I told them about when I checked out. I had a view of flats that were not so close as to be intrusive. Nobody comes to tidy the room during your stay.
I liked the free coffee machine downstairs, although the supply of cups often ran out. I thought the breakfast was too expensive. There is an alternative bun and coffee shop a few steps away.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They found me a public transport map and, after quite a long search, located the hotel on it.
I would stay again.
