"Nice room & lovely large window (deluxe room 10th floor). Really convenient for train (TRA) - so location excellent. There was an earthquake while we were there and hotel shook. (Intensity 4) - a notice will appear in your phone. Quite scary if you haven’t been through that before. As this does happen quite regularly, it would have been handy to know that this does occur often & what procedures to take.
