"Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lots of choices!! However, the breakfast staffs were rude, no smiles and watch you like a hawk. The chef would banged the server spoon loud when customer misplace the spoon. Recommend the breakfast stuff to get customer training."

"Taipei experienced largest earthquakes (over 5 richter scale since 25 years ago. The hotel elevators were inactivated and resume operations after inspection, which was completed the same day. It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. It was hard work for the housekeepers since they had to climb stairs over 10 floors to clean all rooms. They were still...

"The room is small, but it has everything you need. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. There is no problem with the soundproofing between the rooms, you can't hear the noise from the other rooms, but you can hear the sound from the corridor clearly. The staff is very friendly. "My husband and I stay this hotel. We like the hotel. mattress is pretty good. It is clean and close to Banqiao MRT station(blue line). Blue line is a major line to go places such as Xinyi district or Ximending. We will recommend the hotel to who want to be close to railway station and MRT station. "
