"Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space."

"great place to stay, 5min walk away from the ximen mrt and a convenience store 1min away. also a rather good breakfast place a few seconds away. hotel itself was nice looking, quite spacious for the triple single bed. the amenities were self service, take as u need, which was nice. the 2nd level social floor was great as well; provided a space for us to takeaway our food and to have food there. had many options of food & drinks to choice from to consume.the gesture of the jigsaw card was cute. "

"The Rido is in an excellent location on Xinyi Road, there is a large park across on the other side of the road, and there's a subway station entrance just a short walk down the road. Taipei 101 and the convention centre are a few subway stops away on the red line, and the Taipei Central Station is a few stops in the other direction. So it's very accessible from both airports. The hotel's front desk has someone there 24 hours a day, which is a nice touch. There is a washing machine and dryer...

"룸 컨디션은 중급이상이고, 숙박 가격도 좋고, 교통도 편리한 곳에 있습니다. 무엇보다도 라면 포함해서 간식이 무제한이여서 너무 좋습니다. 한국분들에게도 강추합니다. 그리고 이것은 번외이야기인데, 대만에서 관광지 둘러보는 것도 좋지만, 호텔 멀지 않은 곳에 미츠코시 백화점이 있고 그 바로 옆 건물 지하 1층에 크레인 게임 오락실 있습니다. 기계가 100여가지가 넘는 것 있는데, 아이들 있으신분들은 꼭 가셔서 오락게임해보세요. 너무 재미있습니다."
