"Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lots of choices!! However, the breakfast staffs were rude, no smiles and watch you like a hawk. The chef would banged the server spoon loud when customer misplace the spoon. Recommend the breakfast stuff to get customer training."

"This is the second time I stayed in Hinoen when I visited Taipei. It did not disappoint. The quality of service is consistently good and staff is courteous and helpful. I will stay again next time."

"One comment, I highly recommend CP Hotel to change all LEDs to 3000k color temperature to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The overall lightings in the hotel is way too cold, especially in the rooms and lobby resting areas."

"Taipei experienced largest earthquakes (over 5 richter scale since 25 years ago. The hotel elevators were inactivated and resume operations after inspection, which was completed the same day. It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. It was hard work for the housekeepers since they had to climb stairs over 10 floors to clean all rooms. They were still...

"My husband and I stay this hotel. We like the hotel. mattress is pretty good. It is clean and close to Banqiao MRT station(blue line). Blue line is a major line to go places such as Xinyi district or Ximending. We will recommend the hotel to who want to be close to railway station and MRT station. "
