"We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel before our flight out. Our room was beautiful with a lovely deck. We were in the newer building behind the big building, with views of the pool. The concierge was very helpful in arranging taxis for us, both for a ride to a night market and also to the airport the next morning. We had a great deal of luggage, and the stewards were incredibly kind to transport it to and from our rooms. A wonderful stay and definitely worth it to be at such a beautiful hotel. "

"Hotel has free shuttle pickup from and to airport. The signs in the airport are very clear and easy to find. The shuttle is very punctual! If you miss one you need to wait for 1 hour for another. The hotel also allows late check out without any extra charge which is very considerate and convenient."
