Xinying 3 Stars Hotels

"This hotel is centrally located in Tainan. It is easy to get to from the main train station by foot, bus or taxi/Uber. It is about a 30 minute ride via Uber from the HSR station and about 40 minutes by express bus. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will greet you every time you pass through the lobby! The room is pretty clean although I did find some high dust. You'll want to run a tissue across the surface of anyplace you want to hang something. (over the shower stall or clothes rack)...

"I was quite happy with the stay. The room had a slightly damp smell but it was clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. It's ok that they couldn't find the eye mask, but they should at least give some response. This is disappointing. "

"早餐餐點中餐部分佳，早餐種類多元； 但一樓無論大廳或餐廳，冷氣開太強且溫度低，較不符環保； 淋浴間開門後與馬桶距離過近，浴室內亦無掛勾，若於淋浴間門把上懸掛毛巾或衣物，將直接碰觸馬桶，不甚方便；另上方衣物架因設計成有深度的凹槽，伸手不易取得，且拿取時無法辨識衣物，如同摸彩。 馬桶座設置似乎未貼合或不穩固，使用時會輕微移動或發出各種聲響。"

"We thought there was a strange smell. The carpets in the hotel were worn out but we didn't mind as the actual rooms were quite comfortable. Soap shampoo, water bottles were provided and front desk ladies were very courteous and helpful! Would def stay again! "

"Spacious room, but the deco, carpet and furniture are very old. Need to climb up to a rather high bathtub to shower. Convenient location to Chiayi Train station."

"台南駅から徒歩10分ほど。鴨母寮市場、水仙宮市場、赤崁楼等にも徒歩圏内で便利。目の前コンビニ、周辺にも食堂多々あり。部屋は広くベッドもセミダブル(Twinとも)。設備は古い感じはするが掃除も行き届いておりウォシュレットも付いている。朝食も充実、味や種類の多さも申し分ない。コインランドリーあり(洗濯30元、乾燥30分10元)。 11階でツアー客がカラオケをする時があり、今回10階が部屋だったのでとてもうるさく部屋を変えてもらった。カラオケの予定があるのなら10階にするな!!と思ったが対応は素早く丁寧だったので満足。1日2回台南駅⇆ホテルの無料シャトルもあり、これも便利でした。日本語の話せるスタッフもいて全体的にとても良いホテルです。"

"The best hotel during our Tainan and Kaoshiung trips. The room rate is so good value while the property is well maintained though a bit old. The best thing is the staff members provided good customer services to international visitors like us by showing smiling greeting when we arrived and provided some suggestions for our dining options in the area."

"Very helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. Nice breakfast and simple lobby. Neighborhood is an old district so little shops and traditional market, nothing fancy but over four days discovered a few good dining options within walking distance. Otherwise a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride to options elsewhere. "

"第二次入住，體驗仍不錯。但晚上竟沒有咖啡可沖或買（除了房間的三合一）。櫃台說可以去三分鐘路程的便利商店，解決了問題。另一令人覺得美中不足的，就像現在其他旅館都逐漸升級的馬桶，這裡也還沒有。 不過，仍然是舒適的旅館。有機會會再來～"
