"Good"

"We paid for the corner room with a view and really enjoyed the hotel. The building also includes Hotel Bellustar which had several nice restaurants to choose from. We walked the area at night and never felt unsafe. The mornings in Shinjuku are very quiet but the nighttime is not. The Hotel groove restaurant and bar had a DJ on Saturday night - very fun."

"I have always been booking with APA hotels chain during my stay in Japan, usually was a pleasant stay. This time was struggling little bit due to the room air-conditioning broken down in the middle of the night, the staffs in the hotel are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with English, resolving the issue very quick, for the room changed. I felt very welcome as always and will consider coming back to APA again."

"I liked their system of keyless entry. You aren’t given a key, only a code to enter on the door. The room is pretty tight with two beds but there is a small table and stool and 3 of us were able to play cards at the end of the beds. The hotel has two restaurants, one Spanish / Mexican on the 1st floor and one Italian on the second, both were good but a little expensive. The hotel is far from a train station but there is a bus route close. "

"We stayed five nights at this hotel, the location is convenient to metro stations, restaurants and convenient stores. We really liked the cleaniess and the modern look of it. Overall we feel very safe. With young children, we usually get back to the hotel pretty early, just this one night we got back around 11pm after visiting the Disneyland, we saw a bunch of guys surrounding around the hotel entrace, i didnt feel comfortable about it, but overall, we will stay here again if we ever travel...

"Very new and clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are tiny, not much space aside from the bed. But we managed alright as a young couple with two large suitcases in total. The location is wonderful for nightlife in the golden gai. Lots of stores and restaurants open till late night in the area. About 15m walk to the train station so with many large luggage it might be a hassle. "

"This hotel has good people and facilities and the location is central to Shinjuku but also quiet. The dining places around the hotel are also really good. My first choice for future visits."
