「Check in went well, the employee that checked us in was very nice and informative. The other times some of the staff was hard to identify, looked really casual no sign Of uniform or anything that could’ve identified. Some sort of a crime had taken place one of the days. Two police and forensic team were there but we couldn’t get any info other than “a crime had been committed” I it was an inexpensive hotel so can’t complain too much…. We weren’t expecting 5 star stay. 」

「Conveniently located to shopping, food and attractions. Friendly staff throughout the property. Being early risers, we loved that breakfast was available at 6:30 a.m. each morning. Speedy check-in and check-out was perfect. We would stay here again while visiting this area.」

「It was definitely a Charming entry but they have a very healthy bar crowd and I was a little bit not used to that. I don't drink so it wasn't of any use to me. It was kind of cute that they put all pet owners down one hallway, but the hallway was run down and every time one dog barked it set all the dogs in the hallway off at the same time including mine. The room was a little smaller and more outdated than I expected but comfortable and clean.」

「Our stay was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping services didn't start till 9am which meant that we didn't have access to towels and kitchen accessories, etc.till 9:00 am which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!」

「Room located on traffic side of the building overlooking a metal scrap yard. How would you feel about that? The front desk staff we interacted with on several occasions, did not offer a gracious welcome or for that matter any smiles. I was asked at check-in if I booked room thru Expedia - not sure what that had to do with anything - but I wondered if that had anything to do with the location of our room and their attitudes? I have never been asked that question before. The housekeeping...
