"Our stay was great. Just one night, 2 adults, 2 kids in a 2 queen room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome, plenty of seating and poolside drink service. Waterfall makes it even better. Ate at the Cafe for dinner, we were seated right away, drinks and orders taken within a couple minutes & food out in less than 10 minutes. Food was hot & good! Prime rib was worth it for sure. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Everything about this property was convenient. Close to city and park shuttles, Zion NP was within walking distance, shopping, restaurants, drinking establishments, never had to drive vehicle to anything. The accommodations were first rate and absolutely no complaints. "

"We were visiting family and stayed for 2 nights. Nice building with great amenities. We struggled a little with the lack of comfort of the beds. Everytime my husband would move I would feel the bounce. Otherwise it was great for a few nights. Get to breakfast early because they don't refill towards the cut off time. "

"The pool was beautiful!! The breakfast was wonderful!! The staff were very nice. The Hotel was very clean and nice. The room was narrow. The A/C unit in the room had fixed air vents pointing directly towards the bed next to it. The person(s) sleeping on that bed had a miserable night sleep. "

"We came for a trip with a large family group. The food staff were so accommodating for our needs. Super friendly! A couple complants were that the high traffic areas like the floors to and from the elevators need to be cleaned more often. The dirt and smell was over powering most of the time. These areas should be cleaned several times a day. The public garbage areas need to be emptied more often as well. Otherwise, the rooms were great and clean. We would stay here again. "

"Location, room, patio, mountain & river view were all fantastic! We were especially surprised at how comfortable the pull out couch bed was. At the time of our booking no double queen rooms were available. As a family of four, we were prepared to suffer a pull-out bed. However, it was shockingly comfortable... no suffering at all! And, the pool & jacuzzi w/ mountain views was arguably the highlight of our trip."
