"We stayed at the suite. It was somewhat run down. The door paint was chipped, the fireplace trims came apart, the paint on the balcony was old. We had our own private pool though - that was a great feature. The surface was dirty, and we had to ask the gentleman in charge of pool maintenance (who was very helpful) to clean it. There were no robes as presented on the Expedia pictures. And the photos of the rooms were outdated. The environment of the hotel was pleasant. "

"I requested that my room be cleaned and restocked as there was only 2 coffee pods, 2 foam coffee cups and 2 towels for 2 people. I was surprised when I asked the front desk at 3pm because the room was still dirty and was informed that house keeping had already left for the day and there was nothing that could be done. It was a Friday afternoon."
