"The receptionists still need some professionalism and customer service training. The housekeeping department is very nice and accommodating. Overall, the location of the hotel is very convenient because it is near to the places my family and I would like to visit."

"Great stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable. The only thing I wish had been better was the breakfast. It was a buffet but they didn't have toast. There were some muffins left and scones. Maybe there would have been toast earlier in the morning but I didn't see a toaster either. I ended up asking for hot water to make oatmeal I had brought. I'm also a picky eater though so for everyone else it seemed fine. I just like my toast in the morning. "

"Beautiful villas, super comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on for summer when we were there but the villas has plenty of windows that helped keep the area cool. The breakfast is great and having bikes to ride around was a nice surprise."

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Colony! We felt welcomed immediately, and our dog was welcomed with a thoughtful bag of goodies from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and the property was so pretty! Breakfast was great and the blueberry pancakes are fantastic. This is the hotel to book in Kennebunkport!"
