「Check in was easy. Kids liked the pool. Dinner buffet was excellent for kids with lots of options. The union station was a nice place to walk around. Fed the koi. 」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「The young gentleman who checked me in was outstanding. He completed the check-in in record time and throughout my stay answered questions in a very professional manner. All the other staff was great as well. I stay at Drury Inn and Suites often and always enjoy my stay. 」
