「The staff from front desk to cleaning were unbelievably helpful and polite. The hotel has been totally remodeled inside and oiut and is very nice. There are 5 restaurants around the hotel within 50 fe-100 feet with very goood, different food options. Definitely recommend for family or couples 」

「Our room was on ground level with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful when an unexpected incident occurred. It was great to be able to walk out the door onto the patio area - no stairs to contend with.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Was a great stay. Considering booking the whole property for a future trip with friends. Location is great (if staying during bike week, expect delays due to traffic) however you are also walking distance to most of the biker events. 」

When we stripped sheets as asked to do before leaving, we noticed what had to have been a huge urine stain on the mattress cover. We reported it to the staff on check out so hopefully housekeeping will not slack next time.」

「The property is average for a beachfront condo style hotel in the area. The room that we paid for online was described as a king bed complete with a picture of the bed and bedroom. While the picture of the living room area was accurate, the bedroom picture bore no semblance to the actual bedroom and its furniture. The bed was somewhere between full and queen in size, but closer to full. The mattress was by far the worst mattress I've slept on since my college days.」

「Location was great. Room was nice but the reason its not a 5 star in all areas is because we weren't able to use the gym. It was locked all the days we were there. And some minor repairs in the unit need done. Like new pull out matresses, they were horrible. And some broken mortar by the entrance and some frames that were broken but still on the walls.」
