「Pool drink prices expensive 」

「Very nice property, lots of room for a large family. Loved the private pool and hot tub. The kitchen was bear bones. There were no dish towels or wash rags to clean/dry dishes. Other than that the property had everything you could ask for. Prices were inflated on resort.」

「1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could...

「The hotel was really bad and it was very dirty. The door was broken it could be unlocked from the outside the lock wouldn’t work, the shower drain was partially clogged water drained very slowly, the mini fridge was also broken and I had told the person at the front desk many times but the door or fridge was never fixed. When we were eating breakfast and my son was eating cereal he had found a cockroach in it. 」

「I just love that place. It was so calm, green and clean. The staff was very friendly. Great value for money. Only one issue - it's not a big deal, but why should you open the pool at 9 am, it; 's too late. However, I would be recommended and I would come again.」
