「一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。」

「2 bedroom apartment is perfect for family of 6. We had G/F apartment, very convenient. Kitchen is well equipped. Classes activities are good. Downside is the restaurants are overpriced and food quality is low for that price. Especially Thai restaurant- need decor but food is disppointing. 」

「Great experience and staff made us feel wlecome. The place is a little dated but also in general the fact that the hotel is right on the beach, with spacious room and wonderful staff made our stay in Phuket enjoyable. Would recommend.」

「This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food...

「Breakfast not good, v limited choices and lot of flies in restaurant. Lots of mosquitoes in room n a big spider on pool. But staff are nice n helpful. 」

「離機場只有數分鐘車程，步行往Naiyang beach 亦不遠，非常方便，可以在沙灘欣賞日落。」
