「The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.」

「Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.」

「非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！」

「The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.」

「The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! 」

「Overall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty.」

「船有點舊了 餐點是和其他客人(共三對)一起吃合菜，感覺有些彆扭 導遊和船上工作人員整體服務良好 河內接送服務是直接到飯店接送，一人來回USD 15。 冬天船上很冷，房內有點冷 船上只會提供各一瓶水 建議自己可以在休息站買點水跟零食帶到船上， 以免在船上肚子餓或沒水喝~~」
