「一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。」

「2 bedroom apartment is perfect for family of 6. We had G/F apartment, very convenient. Kitchen is well equipped. Classes activities are good. Downside is the restaurants are overpriced and food quality is low for that price. Especially Thai restaurant- need decor but food is disppointing. 」

「Nearby a nice beach. Hotel staff will try to fulfill your request. However, there are many mosquitos in the hotel room and water leakage in the bathroom.」

「This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food...
