「Really LOVE this hotel but the service was a bit off and the staff needs some training. Often staff was not present when needed them - noticed there was empty coffee cups and garbage in the common areas all day long never picked up while staff was chatting in the halls. Check-in very slow and staff overall inattentive, surprising for a place like this, loved everything else!」

「Very happy with the stay there very comfortable and quiet and relaxing. Everyone was kind and my dog got to have a spa day.」

「The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, we were essentially limited to eating from the same resort restaurant for all meals every day we were there. 」

「The hotel was in a nice quiet location but within 15 minutes to the airport or great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was great, they have the best beds in the business. The pool area lacked shade, no umbrellas for such a hot sunny area, but everything else was perfect.」

「We received an upgrade for the night so that was nice. However, the next day service for breakfast took a really long time out at the bar outside. There was only one guy who was doing all the work. 」

「The property has a top notch view of the ocean. The four seasons is 2 hotels down, it doesn’t have anything on this historic palm beach classic! Our beachfront rooms were breathtaking. I love that there is still a place that’s affordable for the non rich and famous. It was the perfect place to gather with family and BE with one another. Thanks for the memories! 」
