「The house keepers leave a filmy residue on the floors after cleaning and most of their couches have stains and surface residue stains that are disgusting and show me the couches are never steam cleaned. 「There were a few issues during my stay. 1) My room was not ready at 4 PM. I waited an additional hour to check in. However, the front desk staff apologized and made amends by giving me a late check-out at 2 PM. 2) The ice machine was not working on my floor. I went one floor down and the ice machine was not working on that floor as well. 3) The palm tree outside my balcony almost completely blocked the view of the fountain.
