「The amenities in the hotel were good. The room we booked was overall okay. Our main issue was the bathroom as the doors were very hard to close, there was no fan and the shower had a partial glass side so if you moved it accidentally water would get all over the floor.」

Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. The restaurant is superb and the spa is great.」

「Perfect walkable spot in the heart of Charleston! Loved the art museum experience within our own hotel, including an artist's ongoing oil painting that we would walk by every day near the lobby. Breakfast isn't super hearty but a muffin and a piece of fruit to get you going for the day. The staff is attentive and we loved the evening cookie delivery!」

「Located in the heart of Charleston, the Mills House Hotel is a luxury hotel with all the ammeniteis. The courtyard has a beautiful fountain and large fireplace and we loved having drinks out here. It is also the outdoor dining section of one of the hotel restuarnts, Iron Rose, which we ate at several times and it was excellent. 「I liked the property and the history of the property, the complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese on the rooftop. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean, convenient to dining, restaurants. I felt like it was in a safe area, felt comfortable walking around. 」
