「Very accomodating」

「Check in was easy and no issues. Its about 2-3 hrs south of NIAA depending on traffic. Breakfast buffet was always good, rooms clean and always hot water in the shower. i would stay again pros wifi, location con traffic noise is non stop but not a deal breaker」

「We absolutely loved our stay at La Chevrerie! The owner met us at the gate even though we checked in super late and she was so kind and gracious. The staff was amazing the few days we were there- just so helpful and accommodating. We snorkeled from the resort and saw lots of coral, fish, and a turtle! We ate multiple great meals at the resort. 「At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.」

「Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.」

「Staff were great! Cable is not that good, busted tv remote control, no tissue being offered, they forgot to resupply toilet paper and the real downer is lack of hot shower. Customer service is outstanding though. Kudos to staff friendliness and professinalisn!」

「Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.」

「While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

「We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying. 「I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. 」
