「At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. 「While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time.
