「This was an adequate accommodation for us for our stay. About equidistant from Naples and Marco Island, it provided good access to both. The decoration was IKEA-vintage in my view. Two complaints - although there were three tv’s in the unit, the one in the main bedroom was not functional. Also, on the morning after check in we were awakened early by a workman who told us to move our car from the parking lot for a resurfacing project. The parking was not available to us. 「I found this property to be elegant yet cozy. I stayed here for one night before moving to a hotel down the street for a conference before all the craziness. I should have stayed an extra night but I will be back. The pool, beach and especially the pool bar were perfection. I arrived well before check in and was easily able to leave my bags with the front desk and start taking advantage of the property. 「Old property. Good location. 75 year owners sold hotel recently and it will close this month so there was no incentive to make Guests happy. 」
