「The hotel has been renovated a few years ago. The rooms are simple with few amenities (so you’ll need bring your own kettle if you want the occasional tea) but reasonably spacious (though with a rather bland colour scheme). Had a sea facing room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that was nice. Late-night noise from various parties, nightclubs etc, from along the seafront was sadly a persistent issue (but not the fault of the hotel) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. 「Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. She also assisted me in paying for the car parking. It was very pleasant stay because of the staff. Be aware that the suites are inside a 19th century building which...

「We had a great Expedia points deal this time, the regular pricing (honestly in all of Opatija) seems steep. Nonetheless, the experience was very good. Comfy bed, decent shower, minibar, sea/harbor view. A little water kettle would have been appreciated though. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant really acceptable.
