「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「Really helpful staff, we loved the pool and the location! Although the apartments were basic they were clean and well equipped! Nice touch having ice made in the freezer! Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! Only one lift working so a bit of a wait at times and we did hear a lot of noise from the family above which was a little annoying! 」

「Very comfortable hotel just a few steps away from the centre of Biarritz, and close to buses going to the airport or Bayonne etc. Delphine, Marie and the other staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent with local produce and even some home-made goodies. Highly recommended - we would stay again! 」
