「I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ...

「Very responsive staff and good choices for breakfast. Doing some work in gym and pool so neither seemed available but nice days so walked outside. I’ve been coming to this place annually for 6 years and I was pleased with how they have made it nicer in the rooms and kitchen area. 」

「Overall the property was good. It does lack some common amenities such as room coffee maker, dish towels and soap. There is also no ice machines on the property so you have to plan ahead and make your own ice in the freezer. Bathroom amenities could be more generous. Only had a small bottle of shampoo. I'm sure we could have gone down to the front desk and ask but those things should just be provided. Overall, room was very clean and beds were okay.」
