「過了許久才評論，是因為想好好給評和感謝。平心而論，Kempinski飯店是我們此次約旦旅程中體驗最好且服務最好的飯店，下次再到死海也會豪不猶豫選擇Kempinski飯店。 Kempinski飯店造景搭配死海景非常美，設施齊全，服務人員大多非常親切助人，想特別感謝Desiree和Era的親切服務和問候，另也感謝Ivan的熱情和對我們車胎沒氣的惱人問題立刻聯絡技術人員處理的積極態度，此次入住非常美好，尚無覺得任何美中不足的地方。 另想特別感謝餐廳人員Ramy和Khalid與主廚Abo Elias，招待我們許多特色佳餚，且為我們準備特別演奏(不得不說主廚的歌喉非常好)，讓我們體會到飯店人員的熱情，和享用了一頓非常美味且難忘的晚餐。 外宿飯店多次，也明白每間飯店都不可能無時無刻的美好和週全，但僅此一次經驗就足以讓我們對Kempinski飯店難以忘懷，故在此分享我們此次的體驗。 最後再次感謝Kempinski飯店讓我們這次行程有如此美好且難忘的回憶，我媽說她永遠不會忘記這天和Kempinski飯店為她們的紀念日所做的一切。」

「這間飯店的櫃檯的笑容滿分，辦理入住給我們提早非常感謝，我們可以有非常充裕的時間在飯店享受這裡的氛圍，剛好是聖誕平安夜，飯店準備了非常豐盛的晚餐，佈置的非常用心精緻， 讓我們度過一個非常棒的聖誕夜， 前往死海的漂浮體驗，也有良好的設施，有咖啡色的浴巾，漂浮後還能馬上有淋浴的水， 也有死海泥可以體驗, 接送的接駁車工作人員，還很貼心停在最好的角度的幫我們拍照， 讓我們感受到非常溫馨的感覺， 建議大家來這裡渡假」

「建築跟迷宮一樣，要上上下下，指示也不清楚，一定要找人帶路。 餐廳的菜色輸給隔壁萬豪， 如果房價一樣，建議住萬豪。」

「Receiptist is not really helpful that to introduce their facilities especially non disclosure they have vehicle to drive customer to beach. But, their lifeguards are very polite and helpful; Hotel is now have renovation, many places have much dust and ash. In conclusion this hotel not worth for the expensive price.」

「旅馆位于橄榄山阿拉伯人居住区，附近水果店较多，价格也很合适，就是环境有点乱，紧邻耶路撒冷的景区和宗教教堂。 旅馆是新翻修，房间装修简单，房间较大，旧家具，床具还干净，厕所和淋浴空间大，有电视，WiFi信号好，有电梯。 早餐品种为西餐牛奶，面包，麦片，水果，果酱，奶酪，沙拉等等，早餐厅在楼房顶层，视线好，能看耶路撒冷老城全景。 有个6车停车场。房客多半来自阿拉伯人。 工作人员很友好，但千万要谢绝帮你忙的阿拉伯人。 此旅馆有风景房，能看到耶路撒冷老城全景，这是我们选择此旅馆的重要因素。 住完第一天我们感到房间布局不合理，淋浴喷洒坏了，就要求换房，前台很快调整，并让一旅馆杂工领我们看房，我们挑了一间满意的，本想自己能干的事，别求人，也不习惯陌生人接触我们的私人物品搬，但这老兄异常的热情，我们也没再坚持，三人一起搬，又在同层，房间相距几步路，这样三下五去二就搬完了，我们道谢了，还想找点礼物，但无奈手边没有合适的，再次道谢后，就发现这阿拉伯人不走，就在门口站着，朝你笑，我夫人马上感到此人是在等小费，我们给了6...

「First time staying at the hotel, the rooms were a great size. They came with a kitchenette which was amazing but then there were signs saying no outside food. Not sure why they would have a kitchen in the room if you can’t use it. The playground and pool were good and the access to the Dead Sea was really close. The staff were all friendly and helpful so I would stay again. 」

「Good location with nice view. 20mins walk to Old city. Ok with the amenities. However it is an old fashion hotel with rude staff.」

「Nothing to buy, nothing to see, nothing to eat outside hotel So, you have to buy everything/all services in the hotel Beside Dead Sea, Tap Water is salty, you have to buy bottled water But they are unreasonable expensive in the hotel」

「The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...

「I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower).」

「Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.」
