「The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been a tad better, but just bring some disinfectant wipes to give it an extra boost of cleanliness. Other than that, I booked this trip for my best friend and I and we had a BLAST!! We were barely at the hotel as there is so much to do around this hotel. 10/10 would recommend again. 」

「La limpieza es excelente, lo único malo son las moscas, estábamos en un cuarto cerca de los contenedores de basura y al abrir la puerta del balcón las moscas entraban por docenas al cuarto, por lo demás las camas son confortables, la senorita de la oficina es muy amable excelente servicio al cliente, la piscina maravillosa y el acceso a la playa perfecto a tan solo un minuto, lo recomiendo al máximo para hospedarse con la familia 」

「I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. The view is excellent, and the rooms and surroundings are kept clean. My only issue was the heat and air conditioning needed to be fixed. Despite that, I would still recommend staying here—the staff is charming. 」

「Due to a family emergency we had to push our trip back a week and they were very understanding and accommodating. The lighthouse was cool and we had a lovely view from our room, extremely nice staff--kind and very helpful. Fagers Island restaurant was wonderful also. 」

「Room was dated ,Surrounding pool area was a mess TV was miss hung on the fireplace in a very odd position(should not have been there) There was a problem with the hot water to the in room Hot Tub. It only trickled at best it took one hour to fill up to 6 inches Big shower but no shower hooks anywhere for a towel or robe, Bathroom vanity was exceptionally small not really suitable for a woman and her stuff Sorry expected more!」
