「Pontos fortes: O atendimento foi muito bom e simpático, destaque para David e Louis. Água à vontade como compromisso com a sustentabilidade, em cada andar tem um espécie de bebedouro e garrafas de vidro para serem abastecidas. A localização é muito boa e tem estacionamento, mesmo que pago, fica no próprio hotel. Café da manhã gostoso, mas meio caro. Pontos fracos: As camas de solteiro estreitas e não oferece produtos de toalete, como touca de banho, creme hidrante, cotonetes e algodão. 」

「Nice, well equiped and spacious room. Little outdated through, especially the bathroom. Nespresso is nice, but no watercooker: reception provided a pot of hot water. Very nice. F&B choices are good, but service not so. Very slow and un-attentive. Forgot the wine and water. We cancelled the main course after 90 minutes waiting we were titer. 「Une deuxième nuit sur place la première ayant été très réussie. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, petits déjeuners et repas du soir à la hauteur.」

「This was an Okay kind of stay. I believe the rooms are used by students in term times, the rooms lacked facilities, but the staff were very helpful. The old medieval town was the major plus with our one night stay. We shall return to Troyes.」
