Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel in a quiet but convenient location with good amenities in terms of pool, restaurant and secure parking. An ideal choice for an overnight stopover to and from the holiday resorts in the South. Will definitely be booking again next year!

CAMPANILE IN TROYES

We had a nice stay after a long journey. Friendly receptionist on arrival. Free parking. The room was quite spacious and clean with a view of the lawns. We ate in the hotel restaurant and would definitely recommend the burger! Good location for Auchan supermarket to stock up on supplies.

Great overnight stop off on way to Calais. Parking included and good. Breakfast had excellent variety and coffee. Quick drive into Troyes for the evening. Booked a family room, modern, clean and would definitely would use as a stop off again. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great Place for a few nights

We stayed for 1 night travelling back north. Great location, there was no noise despite its proximity to the airport. It's very dog friendly , welcoming hotel and the staff were super friendly. Bed was a tad hard for me hence the 4 stars but we would definitely stay again

A good stay

A very comfortable stay, at a reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is clean and cared for. Quiet. We were only there for a night, as used for travelling on our way home.

Poor value for money

Arrived 8:30pm Sat eve and told kitchen closed (could not see on hotels.com where to book in advance). After 7 hour journey had to get back in car and dine nearby. Returned to hotel 9:45pm to see guests eating in “closed” restaurant which was half empty. Toilet, bathroom, tiled floor all stained and dirty looking. Air con too smelly to keep on. Staff friendly. Bed comfortable enough. Very poor value for money. Would not recommend.

This was a very welcome break on a long (12 hour) drive from the south of France. We were welcomed warmly and delighted by the very comfortable beds. We slept very well, had a good breakfast and swim before the shorter drive home. Our children are a little older, but there was a group of young children near the reception being fully entertained by lovely games and toys - that would have been a nice touch for us a few years ago. Plus they are pet friendly (our dog was with my parents, but I thought it was the sign of a good hotel). I would definitely recommend a swim in the pool - it’s surrounded by trees and flowers and fresh compared to our very warm southern French villa - a perfect end to our holidays.

Picked this hotel at random and was very pleasantly surprised, bright, clean, welcoming, air conditioned - important for the weather we had (36c) - and great food options that were tasty and fresh. Unusually for France the TV in the room was sensibly sized. Also has a pool, we would have used it, except that would have meant a large amount of unpacking. We only stayed the night on our way up from the Mediterranean to Ypres and would recommend to anyone and would stay again. 10/10

Nice Hotel

Very good overnight stop en route to the Alps. Also good for access to the Outlet Stores if you have time. Clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, good parking and good food.
