「Great hotel. Food was good and staff friendly. Rooms more than comfortable and could not hear any airplanes even though the hotel is basically in the airport. Second stay here where flying through Inverness. Very close to train and an easy walk.」

「The room had the sun beating in the windows so it was quite warm when we arrived. Unfortunately, we got in late and had an early flight out so had to go to bed relatively early. You could hear traffic if the windows were kept open so it was a bit hot all night. The room was very clean and had a great sunset view. 」

「We had problems with the air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it for a couple of days, we had to move to another room later in the evening the next day and then the next room had a leaky shower, the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, parking was close but not included. The bar staff were super helpful and kind 」

「An older property in the heart of Inverness adjacent to the station (it was built by the railroad back in the 19th century). Room was small, and there is no AC, but I was traveling solo, and it had a fan. 」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「酒店不論是地理位置、員工、早餐、淋浴設備及床鋪都很好。 惟房間隔音太差，我經常在房間都會聽到隔壁房間在講話，隔壁孩子在跳來跳去的聲音也很清楚。有人在走廊上走動，樓上房間的人在走動我也聽得一清二楚的。 但整體而言，這酒店除了比較吵這個問題外，還算舒適。」
