「The rooms are well appointed and clean and cosy. The breakfast is nice and the lunch and dinner was tasty. The staff is friendly. The bathroom needs a wider range of toiletries especially shower gel and dental kit. Also, mineral water should be served.. The shower place should have a small shelf to keep shower gel and shampoo. Towels and face napkins should be placed without asking for them.」

「My husband and I stayed in the Windermere Estate, a fomer tea plantation. It is located in Munnar, SW India for six days. It is a beautiful, pleasant abd large estate with several buildings set among misty hills and beautifly tilled fields where tea and spices are still grown. One can go into fields and smell the tea, cardamon or other spices. Rooms are well designed to fit into the natural setting, surrounded by well-tended flowers. There are special spaces designed in not just for eating but...

「I booked a standard room and the Room was pathetic, dust smell, damaged paint on walls, not up to the mark compared to the price they charged.」

「It was an excellent hotel located in the outskirts of Munnar. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. We had many choices for the complementary breakfast. Dinner and lunch options were reasonably priced. Good complementary activities were available. Next time I will definitely go for a longer stay.」

「Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. 」

「This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. Its at a height so it offers a valley view from one side of its rooms and its worth the money. Parking is available on site. The space is a little small but at the same time...
