「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...

「We came to Nashville, Tennessee for the first time on a short vacation and we stayed a couple of nights here at the Comfort hotel and it was a beautiful hotel. The room we booked was so huge and quite clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. The employees were are courteous abd friendly. We were able to wash our laundry also. We will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Nashville again in the future.」
