「Found it overall a bit expensive for what you get in your room , no robes slippers or soaps for the bath and tea coffee choices limited , have been in cheaper hotels that provide so much more. Its a pity as its a lovely hotel overall but just missing that something special. 」

「The hotel was really clean and very modern. The room had everything we needed for a one night stay. The bar service was a bit poor - the welcome drink had to be asked for a couple of times after we were told we only had to ask for it. On the third attempt we did get it but it was too late by that time. Other than that the staff were super friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for P&J live and for bus route into Aberdeen.」

「Breakfast was lovely. Would have liked decaffeinated teabags at breakfast and in rooms. Would have been nice to have option to have biscuits in room or option to buy chocolate etc. Still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. 」

「We have had a lovely overnight stay in anerdeen. I wasnt haply woth the room as it was the old part of the hotel windows didnt open amd i spoke to the receptionist was helpful and lovely and move us to an another room. The hotel room is very nice spaceish The room was still very hot but its the summer time, We also had high tea also and was fanastoc and valve for money too, stsff were helpful and lovely definitely would be back again. 」

「We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again.」

「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」
