「Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. 」

「An older property in the heart of Inverness adjacent to the station (it was built by the railroad back in the 19th century). Room was small, and there is no AC, but I was traveling solo, and it had a fan. 」

「We had problems with the air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it for a couple of days, we had to move to another room later in the evening the next day and then the next room had a leaky shower, the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, parking was close but not included. 「No a/c in rooms, but fan provided. No screens on windows. History video was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was okay. Ran out of fresh fruit salad. Dinner okay, service rushed. Grounds lovely. Reception and management staff friendly and helpful. Our room needed updating. Bed not a king, as represented. Furnishings tired. Whole hotel needs updating. Bath tub too narrow and hot/cold shower knobs in a bad location. Bathroom window would not open.」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「Our GPS in the rental car wasnt working properly, so finding the cottage was a bit tricky to find, but once we did, oh my! What a great little place! Right on the water, with spectacular views- sunrise on the North Sea. The owner was easy to reach by phone and email. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed.」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」
