「Hotels.com的聯絡平台會漏訊息，有點不方便，但飯店主人回覆都很快速也仔細，讓我們提早半天check in也非常感謝！房間很舒適且跟圖片一樣 （雖然原本預訂的是4樓藍色那間，後來被改到6樓但影響不大）兩大一小住的非常舒適！而且飯店地理位置非常的好，對面就有一間開很晚的超市，地鐵一路出來都有電梯通超市和空橋，對推車非常友善！下次如果有long stay 需求還會想要繼續住這！」

「No information on how to check in. Finally has to ring the door bell for neighbourhood house to contact the house owner. As a 民宿，I am expecting I can cook myself. 「It’s really too small for 4 adults. I could not even stretch my legs because the sleeping area is too short. I’m only 165cm tall. I’ve found a cabbage which the previous tenants left in the fridge so I think they didn’t clean up thoroughly. However the manager and the owner responded quickly and try very hard to fix the problem. I would appreciate that. They have prepared abundant of good quality skin care and supplies for tenants. Awesome. Free parking is great. 」

「いくつかグランピング施設を行ったけど、今回が一番全てにおいてよかったです！！なんといっても、オールインクルーシブでドリンクの追加料金とか無いし、とってもおしゃれなバーも飲み放題で、大好きなクレミアソフトクリームも食べ放題でした！パエリアが本当に美味しかったけどお腹いっぱいで全部食べきれなかった〜残念・・。 お部屋は今年からできた新しいすごくおしゃれなコンセプトルームに泊まったけど、小物とかとにかくおしゃれすぎる空間で綺麗に掃除されていて、ずっと興奮気味でした！！ストーブとかもあるし、外でご飯も全然寒くなくて、スタッフ一人一人優しいし、とても丁寧で、接客が素敵すぎました。 また来年絶対行きます！」

「東山動物公園でスポーツの大会があり、2回目の利用です。 部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでないところと、シャワーはありますがお風呂無しなので、お風呂好きな人には近くに温泉もないので 不便かも。 10〜15分歩いたところにコンビニとコープがあります。ホテルからは少し遠いかな。 あとは特に不満なところは無く、スタッフの方も優しいし、布団もふかふかで快適でした。 また利用したいと思います。」
