「Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...

「掃除が行き届いていて、清潔でした。 バーベキューセットをお願いしましたが しっかりした仕切りある紙皿やテーブル、ライトどれもバーベキューしやすく ゴミも全部捨ててくれて至れり尽くせりで、すごくよかったです。 冷蔵庫も大きくて使いやすく 不満無しです。 暖炉使ってみたかったけど、11月なのに夏日なので使いませんでした。それだけ残念でした。 」

「見客處的老職員對客友善。浴室中花灑支架的螺絲鬆了，他立即處理好，可見他做事有效率，很好，希望他繼續身體健康。 房間乾淨又舒服，設備完整，住得舒服，很喜歡它。 交通方面，行10-15分鐘就到車站，沒問題。 留意：不包換新毛巾、不設專人清理，要額外付費。」

「It’s really too small for 4 adults. I could not even stretch my legs because the sleeping area is too short. I’m only 165cm tall. I’ve found a cabbage which the previous tenants left in the fridge so I think they didn’t clean up thoroughly. However the manager and the owner responded quickly and try very hard to fix the problem. I would appreciate that. They have prepared abundant of good quality skin care and supplies for tenants. Awesome. Free parking is great. 」

「Pros: Close to the city center. Many restaurants nearby. Easy check-in and out. Washer and dryer worked well. Laundry soap was provided. Great toilet and shower. Large apartment. Plates, forks, cups, dish soap, dish washing sponge were provided. Cons: When we arrived, we had to wipe down the table and floors to clean up oils and spots from the previous guests. When looking under the beds, it was apparent that the floor under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time, with dirt, dust, and...

「Convenient for travel. Good location with convenient store, supermarket, restaurant, and subway station. 」

「No information on how to check in. Finally has to ring the door bell for neighbourhood house to contact the house owner. As a 民宿，I am expecting I can cook myself. But I have to pay 500 yen to use the kitchen. And the kitchen is extremly small just sufficient for instant noodle only. No place for cutting, putting plate. Location is ok. Walkable distance to JR and castle.」
