「I loved the grounds, very clean and well kept. Didnt like the lack of food options, the parking fee on top of the resort fee, or the fact that there were way to many reserved only pool chairs and not enough regular ones for everyone that made it feel like you HAD to pay to have a spot at the pool」

「Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit」

「The staff were wonderful as usual. The continental breakfast had a good selection of food and beverages. The evening canapés were fine for dinner for us. Having food available in the lounge was convenient and helped us make the most of our days. The beach was also great for stargazing.」

「The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. 」

「Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.」

「This property was exactly as described and pictured. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served). Snorkelling was also pretty good at this beach. 」
