「我們住了四人房，CHECK IN 時遇到一位超級熱情的男員工（我們在歐洲遇過態度最親切的）很熱心介紹環境，房間蠻新的，清潔度也不錯，也有小朋友遊戲區，比較不方便的是雙人床下的加床拉出來的話，桌子區空間就沒了要化粧什麼的就會比較不方便，飯店旁就有一家超市很便利，唯一缺點沒冷氣，夏天會熱一點」

「Nice property with large rooms and great for a family of 4. One room had a light odor but the staff did their best to air out the room and remove the odor, but unfortunately the odor was still there. Staff were nice and very friendly. Overall great experience and parking was free. Will come back at this location. 」

「Rooms were lovely and spacious, the safari park speeland, safari and lake resort facilities were great and view was amazing overall we had a great time and will definitely return. Housekeeping was a disappointment as on two days we didn’t receive any housekeeping and on one day we did they didn’t change the toilet roll, we ran out as it didn’t get changed for the whole 4 night stay and we phoned up but 3 hours later still no toilet roll, phoned again and eventually came around 1 hour later.
