Thank You! Great stay.

Check-in was great. Every staff member from front desk agents to housekeepers were friendly and great. I liked that they allowed us to store our bags in the secured closet hours before check in so we could go on and about. Room was clean and comfortable with no issues whatsoever. For some reason the "veggies" I got in Amsterdam the night before gave me the munchies so I'm thankful for the vending machine in the lobby.

Aly over having travelled from Channel Tunnel on the way to efteling. Hotel was easy to find with a clean and pleasant reception. Receptionist was professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay, only realized a bit late that the pillows were a bit thin, but that might just be my preference. Stayed here for going to a concert, easy to reach with public transport and walking to get to the venue 013 pop podium, give or take 15mins S

Booked the hotel via Expedia and choose for pay at the hotel. One day before the took the payment from my credit card. I added my credtcard only for garanty not for the payment because my customer should pay the room. The lady at the reception mentioned this was how they work and didn t listen to my arguments. Even when I showed the booking in the Expedia app what stated pay at the hotel she refushed to do anything. Next time no bookings at Bastion hotels for me
