I really like bathroom design and little „touches” like bottles of shower gel or shampoo. Very comfortable beds. Room very warm (traveled rainy, winter time) and spacious.

Impeccable comfort and pleasant service

Family of three arrived tired and late evening, and was met by the most pleasant and helpful service, found the room impeccable comfort and enjoyed lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast next morning was equally great and varied, and if we had woken up in time we could have had a swim in the pool before our onward journey.

No responsiveness - cancelled our entire booking at NO request. They were totally uncapable of communicating via phone oir email - which makes it impossible for foreign travellers to speak to someone about their upcoming stays. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Our stay here was mixed because the staff was so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were large and comfortable, however there are limited food options and you are not allowed to eat or sit in the lobby unless you are buying from their restaurant that is only open for limited hours during the day. the doors and walls are paper thin, so with children it was uncomfortable that people kept asking us to quiet down when we were simply watching tv or walking through the hallway. there is no transportation around, so you have to rent a car for sure for spend $50 on a taxi to go just 1 mile back to the airport. all in all not a bad place, but definitely won't be staying there again. if it wasn't for the warm staff members on the day we checked in, we probably would have checked out early and went somewhere else.

Novotel Eindhoven stay 8 & 9 June

1st, safe did not work in the room, which was important to us as wanted to leave passports in safe place whilst travelling around Holland. Reception just said it's broken and no one to deal with it, sorry!!! 2nd, unable to book seats for dinner in the hotel we were booked into due to large booking of 40!!! on both nights we were staying. We had to go out to eat Lastly the noise in the hotel due to a large group booking, taking part in a footbalm tournament. Kids running in and out of bar area making lots of noise, running up and down the bedroom corrider keeping us awake. Would not stay again.

Disappointing

I was looking forward to a similar experience as before, but the room was worn out, this shower had a tub in it which meant as a tall man I had to bend over so as to not hit the ceiling while showering. The carpet/rug was so worn out it seemed dirty, the tv didn’t work. The phone didn’t connect and one fo the nightstand lights was broken and didn’t even have a switch. And they think that I like sharing toiletries - in a post COVID world…!

Beetje ouderwetse inrichting, maar netjes en schoon. Prima bedden, ruime kamer met kleine koelkast en koffie/thee faciliteiten. Helaas wel met een waterkoker, die er ook redelijk oud uitzag dus niet gebruikt.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, trotz fast geschlossener Küche noch ein Brot gezaubert bekommen. Frühstücksbuffet übersichtlich aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Brot ist hier hervorzuheben. Super frisch und lecker. Leider war das Kakaopulver leer und konnte auf Nachfrage auch nicht aufgefüllt werden. Ansonsten Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen und Autobahn sehr ruhig.
