「這間飯店的雙床房不是真的雙床房，進房以後傻眼詢問櫃檯，櫃台叫我到樓下，於是我拖著重重的行李下去，以為他要幫我換房，殊不知，到了櫃檯，竟然叫我自己搬床。行李很重，床也很重，不能接受被這樣使喚。不尊重客人。」

「Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Our room had a balcony overlooking the canal and the location had easy access to everything we wanted. It was clean, the staff were responsive and friendly and their restaurant was excellent, both inside as well as an outdoor cafe with a corner street location, great for people watching.
